I am a Sunday person, and I believe one needs that Sunday once in a while….
By Sunday here, I mean, a day of relaxation!!!
Yes, we owe it to ourselves… and so that we can prepare for that Monday !!! haha
WHAT TO DO ON A SUNDAY
1. Go for the run!
Yep, a morning run would not hurt anybody… the fresh air in the morning is actually beneficial. Your body needs it.
2. Make yourself the best breakfast
Healthy eating is a step to healthy living and what better to start your day with eating right. Try not to skip it and go for brunch.
Make time for sleep/ make yourself a nice bed and snuggle in. Get in that afternoon hours of sleep. That extra 2 – 3 hours will help you in starting your day on Monday.
4. Soak yourself
5. Do some sport
Whether its basketball, baseball, badminton or whatever, play something. Sports helps in working those muscles that have been there not worked out. Find out the community center nearby or if you have a backyard you can work it there too.
That is all for now, folks! Lets just say there is no hard and fast rule for a Sunday. It is your day, so enjoy it.
